@nicole_healy although I'm a technical guy, I'm not a big fan of learning yet another tool. Prox was so intuitive for me to figure out that I was able to hit the ground running straight away. In fact, I deliberately challenged Prox to show me how to set things up without me looking at any of the short training videos (which, I'm sure, are very good). It was all super easy to set up.

@ianthekid the fixed time slots for bookings was a masterstroke. Many people want to pick our brains but they - and we - aren't quite sure where to start with how long the advice will take and how much to charge. Having a simple line in the sand: "this much for 15 minutes" makes it so easy for both the expert and the knowledge seeker to know where they stand.
