Hi everyone, I'm the maker of ProX. 👋
I've seen hiring from both sides: as an employer sorting applications I couldn't verify, and as a job seeker rewriting the same CV for every job. A CV tells people what you claim. It rarely shows what you can do.
ProX is built around one idea: build your professional profile once, back it with real proof of work, and reuse it for every opportunity.
1. Job Discovery: live listings from Finland and the EU, ranked by how closely they match your target role, location and skills, so you don't need to browse dozens of job boards.
2. Proof of Work: anyone can list a skill, but ProX lets you show what you actually made. Add project screenshots and links. School and personal projects count, so you don't need a job to start.
3. From listing to tailored CV: pick any listing in the Job Market, tap Check my match to see your match and skill gaps, then Create Tailored CV from your profile, powered by Gemini. No copy-pasting. Found a job elsewhere? Paste its description instead. ProX also tells you honestly when a job isn't a fit.
4. Share Control: share your profile through a private link, choose what recruiters can see, and revoke access anytime. ProX never asks for your age, gender or nationality.
The Job Market and Talent directory are public, so you can explore right away without creating an account.
Where things stand, honestly: ProX is early. Job listings cover Finland and the EU for now, and Talent is small because every profile in it is published by choice.
