Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Mike, a beekeeper and the maker of ProTop. I built this because I’ve become convinced that most modern hives are poorly insulated and put unnecessary stress on the colony. The science (and the bees) keep pointing to the same thing — temperature stability, humidity, and colony sound matter a lot more than we usually measure. I also just love tech. With sensors and edge computing we can finally give beekeepers clear insight into what’s actually happening inside each hive, and more importantly, when they should intervene… or when they should leave the bees alone.
