It's not ML — Claude uses your writing sample as a style reference in the prompt each time. So it doesn't improve on its own, but you can update the sample whenever you want. Most people tweak it once after seeing the first few outputs and that's usually enough.
the screening question auto-extraction is genuinely clever, that's the piece most freelancers (including me) consistently screw up and it's refreshing to see a tool that treats it as the core problem instead of an afterthought

Yeah that was the whole starting point honestly. Most tools just generate text and call it done — ignoring screening questions is one of the main reasons proposals get filtered before anyone even reads them.
