Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Taksh, founder of PropDost. Before writing a single line of code, I spent 6 months working as an independent real estate broker in Ahmedabad. I wanted to actually feel the job — not guess at it from the outside. What I found: brokers with 10-15 years of experience and crores in closed deals, running their entire business off WhatsApp chats and a paper diary. No website. No system to track leads. No way to look as credible as the work they were actually doing. Meanwhile they're paying ₹15-40K/year to portals just to compete with 500 other listings on the same page. That's the gap PropDost fills — a broker gets their own branded website, a real lead dashboard, and (soon) a way to run ads and register leads with builders, all in one place, at a price that doesn't punish a solo operator for wanting real tools. The approach changed a lot along the way. I originally wanted to lead with the network — get brokers to co-broke and share leads with each other. Turns out that's a big ask before someone's gotten any value from you. So we flipped it: give a broker their own working website first, let them feel that win, then bring them into the bigger network.
