@techscoutyt cool product. Bought it and used for a few months. We don't need it now and wondering how we downgrade or delete account? Might use in the future, but hard to if no support or contact information.

@bill_zhang Hi Bill! Thank you for using ProofGain and I'm sorry to hear that you want to downgrade. To do that, go to your account's settings, click "Renew/Change Package" next to your package and then select the plan you want.

@techscoutyt Hey! Thanks for the reply! Our account says it's on the Free plan, but we are being charged $49/mo (dash says we only got charged in Feb, but it's been monthly since then). There is no option to downgrade back to the Free plan since it shows we are on that plan now, and the Delete button throws an error. Again, love the product, we just aren't using it right now.
