The idea is straightforward: select English text in most Windows apps, press Ctrl+Alt+P to hear it instantly, then use the full coach to listen, record yourself and review your practice score and words to improve. I also wanted the tool to be genuinely useful on its own, so Pronunciation Coach is 100% free, local-first, requires no subscription, and does not require an app account.
