Maker here. I built Preflight because of one frustrating pattern I kept noticing: I'd write a long prompt, hit enter, and then realize I forgot to mention the format I wanted, the context the model needed, or that I'd crammed three different requests into one message. The result was always a back-and-forth that wasted my time.
Most prompt tools wait until you're done, then rewrite everything into one "perfect" prompt. Preflight works while you type — catching blind spots first, and only reshaping your words when you ask it to.
