Projectlify is a modern platform for managing tasks and projects, built to help teams stay organized and collaborate smoothly. It offers Kanban, list and calendar views, real-time updates, shared workspaces and smart notifications. A key feature is its encrypted Safes, allowing teams to securely store and share passwords, keys and sensitive files with role-based access. Projectlify scales from small teams to large organizations.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m thrilled to share Projectlify — a modern task & project management platform designed to help teams stay organized, collaborate seamlessly, and keep sensitive data secure. Whether you’re running a small team or scaling a larger organization, Projectlify gives you flexible views (Kanban, list, calendar), real‑time updates, smart notifications, and a unified workspace to keep everyone aligned.
What sets Projectlify apart are built‑in encrypted Safes — secure places where you can store and share passwords, API keys, and confidential files with role‑based access, eliminating unsafe sharing in chats or spreadsheets.
We built it because so many tools felt either too complex or too insecure for real teamwork. I’d love for you to try it out and let me know what you think — what works well, what feels confusing, and what features you’d love to see next.
Thanks for checking it out! 🚀

Rafal, combining project management with encrypted safes for sensitive data is a smart integration. Can team members access specific encrypted files based on their role, even within the same project?
@rafal_ksiazek
@olajiggy321 In each project you can create multiple safes (e.g., production, development, staging). Access to every safe can be granted to specific team members, so permissions can differ even within the same project.
At the moment, a safe can store sensitive data such as website credentials with TOTP or encrypted files. We can easily extend this functionality in any direction if needed.

Thanks for the clear explanation—that granular, safe-by-safe permission model within a project is powerful.
I have a small, practical idea related to making those safes and permissions even more intuitive for team adoption. It's something you could test on your own.
If you're open to a suggestion, where's the best way to share it? (DM, email, etc.)
@olajiggy321 We actually have thousands of ideas for developing the platform, but what we’re really looking for right now is early adopters—the first 1,000 companies who will actively use the app and shape it with their needs.
If you’d still like to share your idea for a new feature, you can send it to the email listed on our website.
