Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Sikandar, the maker of PrivateTools.
Why I built this: Let’s be honest—there are already a million "PDF to JPG" converters out there. I included those basics because they are essential, but my real mission is building unique, micro-niche tools that solve specific, annoying problems (like our Webtoon Panel Cropper or Discord 8MB Video Compressor).
The problem with all these tools, basic or niche, is that they force you to upload your files to a server. PrivateTools changes that. Everything runs 100% locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your files literally never leave your device. Because it's local, you also get unlimited file sizes and unlimited usage—no paywalls, no queues.

All of these are still in active development, but I wanted to share them early. The SQL Query tool is probably the most exciting one—it lets you run full SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) on your CSV files without ever uploading them anywhere.
