Hi, I’m Aakash 👋
While building AI agents, I kept running into one problem that it was hard to estimate costs upfront. Most pricing only became clear after building.
I built this to make AI agent costs visible early, so you can compare low, medium, and high cost paths and plan with confidence before committing.
@aakash_balu The estimates are helpful for initial planning. It would be interesting to see a way to tweak assumptions (scale, usage volume, latency needs) and instantly see how the cost changes.
@charan_tej_kammara Thanks for the feedback — that’s a great suggestion. I’ll implement support for tweaking assumptions like scale, usage volume, and latency to make the estimates more flexible.

Is there an option to mix and match models for different parts of the workflow. Also, can we add and remove parts of the workflow?
@aditya_challa Great question, thanks for asking! Not yet, but that’s definitely on the roadmap — planning to add support for mixing models and customizing workflow steps soon.
@prabhjotsl Thanks! Glad you found the side-by-side comparison helpful 🙌 I built it so people can quickly see how much model choice alone impacts cost for the same task. Really appreciate you checking it out!
Hey, this is definitely helpful to understand how much an implementation plan would cost! Cheers!!
I like that you are suggesting a model for each task. It would be great if I could change the model for each component of a plan and see what the cost would be with the new model. Helps if I have a subscription to a specific provider, and only want to stick to that. Also, to make decisions if I need to change or add a new provider to my toolkit.
@jsurendranathreddy Thanks a lot — really glad you found it helpful! Cheers 🙌 That’s a great point about model flexibility. Allowing you to switch models per component (especially when you’re tied to a specific provider) makes a lot of sense, both for cost control and for deciding when it’s worth adding a new provider. Appreciate you sharing this!

Does It Exist
Interesting use case. Like the side by side comparison of costs for the same task using different models!
