PrepIt is designed to bring those daily workflows into one system built around how coffee shops actually run. The focus is on scheduling, prep, checklists, inventory, and team coordination, with an emphasis on keeping the shop organized and reducing missed details.
One of the core ideas behind PrepIt is shared iPad shop mode. Instead of assuming every employee uses a separate device and account all day, the system is designed for the reality of caf operations: one shared device in the shop, general information visible by default, employee-specific access when needed, and manager tools available without turning the product into bloated back-office software.
PrepIt is also shaped by real shop-floor experience. The founder has hands-on experience managing coffee shops and teams, with a clear understanding of the workflow from both the manager and employee sides. That perspective helps keep the product focused on practical operational needs rather than generic software features.

Inventory may live in one place, prep notes in another, recipes somewhere else, and daily task execution often depends too much on memory. PrepIt is being built to bring those workflows together in a clearer and more practical way.
Recent updates have been focused on making the product more connected and more useful in day-to-day operations, including stronger scheduling workflows, cleaner operational structure, and better support for how coffee shop teams actually work across shifts and stations.
We’re still early, but the goal is simple: make coffee shop operations more organized, more consistent, and easier to manage.

@naimz Yes, we do. PrepIt is built to support multi-location coffee shop operations, so organizations can manage multiple shops under one connected system.
Specifically, we focus on organizations with up to 10 locations. But we can work with bigger chains by special request to give the most attention to complex businesses and make their management easier.
