This looks awesome and have placed my order - Can't wait to receive it. I make an absolute mess when I cook and I can see this making everything so much cleaner and neater. Especially like the chopping board and trash container combo.

I have just received my prepdeck and im very disappointed with the over all quality. the coping bored looks like it was cut out by a child with a toy saw. The wood deign is a cheap sticker which it full of bubbles and creases and is damaged in one spot. One draw doesn't line up correctly. There is some yellow mark in the plastic its self as well a damaged spot. The lids for the tubs are very impractical the seal is very thin and its easy to push the lids right into to tubs bay mistake.+ more

I'm in love with my Prepdeck. It makes meal prep so much easier, and keeps my mess contained so cleanup isn't as much of a headache. It's helping me to get better/ more adventurous with my recipes and they always end up tasting better because I've got everything prepped and ready to go before I start cooking. I would 100% recommend this product for anyone who wants to improve their cooking process, prep and cleanup, or for anyone who is starting from scratch and needs to stock up their kitchen! It has every kitchen tool you could ever think of and they are hella sharp- a little dangerous but SO good for slicing, peeling, grating, etc.

I got my Prepdeck in the mail this week and used it immediately to make one of my favorite recipes. There are so many tools included and they worked surprisingly well! I particularly like large grater for carrots and the slicer for potatoes. All the tools are VERY sharp making them easy to use, but be careful! Since the tools attach directly to Prepdeck containers, there is very little mess and all ingredients are ready to be added to the recipe. My favorite part is the area where scraps can be scraped and collected from the cutting board. This feature easily pulls out with all the waste and makes composting a breeze. I chose the glacier white finish and it looks so good with my countertops! The Prepdeck made cooking a recipe I love so much easier, faster and more enjoyable. I will definitely be using this with the rest of my favorite recipes.

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered the product over a month ago and they've changed the delivery date 3 times. It's now scheduled to be delivered in another month. Don't waste your time. They advertise to sell a ton of these, but can't keep their word when it comes to actually delivering on orders.

I did not have a good experience purchasing from Prepdeck. I ordered the product on December 16th because it said it would arrive in time for Christmas. I tracked the order through FedEx who said they did not receive the shipment until December 27th. I understand it is a busy time of year but when it is the company's fault and not a shipping issue I expected customer service to at least provide me with an explanation. When I reached out to them the first time all they did was send me an email with the tracking number. I followed up explaining that I already had the tracking number which is how I knew they still hadn't shipped my product and asked how to go about stopping my order and getting a refund. They responded offering me a store credit if I return the prepdeck but said if I wanted to receive the funds I paid back on my card I would have to pay a shipping and handling fee. I don't think asking for a full refund on a product that came later than the specified delivery date is a lot to ask, especially when the delay was the company's fault. I chose not to return the product because I didn't want to pay any additional fees. I gave it as a New Years gift because that's when it finally arrived. The person I gave it to likes it but says it is a little large to leave out on the counter top. Although she said being dishwasher safe is a huge plus. The usefulness of the prepdeck is where she says it falls short. The point is to be able to "prep" your meal and save time when it comes time to actually cook. The few times she's used it she said it creates more dishes at the end of the night and makes prepping and cooking all together take longer. I guess it would depend on your cooking style and if you prep and then cook vs if you do it all at once. After dealing with this company's customer service once already I highly doubt they will do anything for me now that the product is open and has been used. If I could give any advice to someone thinking of buying it I would say first it's not worth it and second buy it through Amazon if you do, maybe that way you'll receive it on time!
