I want to like the app. But I've been on three beta releases with no response on when the app would feature my bank. No response. So it's giving me even lower confidence in customer service.

Hey Kevin, thanks for review and for trying out Predict. As you say, Simple bank is not supported right now and won't be on board in near future. But I did reach out to your feedback, from on December 21., I hope it didn't end up in spam. Cheers :-)
Hi everyone, Predict is the app I built because I missed the tool that would help me to get on top of my finances, and let me know where it's going in the future, hassle-free. I was making basic predictions manually, based on large transactions that were repeating, like income, rent and car expenses. But I knew software could do all of this better, if given enough data, training and nice simple UI. Predict is just that. Try it out 🙂

Great design but I'm a bit skeptical about the privacy policy - it says you'd share data with 3rd party (quite absurb for a paid subscription app) including debt collectors!? I'm curious why is that because financial data is pretty sensitive.
@ishwar_dhanuka Thanks for bringing this up, I though it can't be true but the sentence was in our privacy policy. That is changed now and sorry for that. We of course never share customer information with any third party unless it's necessary for the function of the product - data storage, hosting, analytics, error logging...

One request: For credit cards, the remaining credit gets added to available total balance - which is misleading (its not the money I have but just credit available). Would it be possible to have a toggle under each account for adding it to balance?
Hi @ishwar_dhanuka that sounds like a good idea, right now you can only decide if you want both transactions & balance of an account to be used in Predict, more granular options might be needed for some users. I'll put it to the backlog :-)

This app is very simple and useful. I use it with my wife to know how our budget looks like day by day.

I'm missing option to see bank account value in the past and predict bank account value for the future.
I think it'd be useful to see a list of banks that are supported or coming soon either on the website or in the App Store description. It'd be good to see Starling or Monzo available in the UK, especially since both have well documented APIs available.
@iamsebj Thanks for the suggestions Seb! I plan to add interactive section to the website where anyone could find supported banks. Listing them in description wouldn't do, there's more than thousand.
