Hi Product Hunt!
I’m Sotirios, the builder behind Praxis.
For years, I’ve been able to help people improve their posture, train around joint issues, build muscle, and understand how their body needs to work to create lasting change. But I’m only one person, and there are limits to how many people I can help directly.
I also became tired of hearing people say they wanted proper guidance but simply couldn’t afford personal training.
That is why I built Praxis.
I took the knowledge and process I normally use with clients and put it into an adaptive workout app available for a fraction of the cost. Praxis considers your posture, joint health, skill level, personal goals, pain signals, and progress to shape the training around you.
It can be used for light corrective work, general fitness, or serious muscle building. The goal was not just to give people a list of exercises, but to help them understand the structure behind their training—why they are doing something, how the pieces connect, and what needs to change as their body develops.
In some ways, the app can create an even more intimate experience than ordinary training because users can move at their own pace, explore the depth they want, and learn how their own body responds.
Praxis is the closest I could come to putting my full service, experience, and care into something that can help far more people than I could ever reach alone.
I would genuinely appreciate your feedback, questions, and thoughts.
You can find a 60 day trial coupon on the dashboard. For beta testing in exchange for feedback. I genuinely would like to continue to build this out to the direct needs of it's users.
By the way, I’ve set aside a limited number of coupons for beta users to try Praxis. I couldn’t fit this in the input field. Use the code PRAXISTRIAL60DAY
