Matthias here. I've spent almost a decade leading inclusion work inside large corporations and a few years ago I built an early version of this concept internally. Hundreds of people loved it, so I decided the whole world should get the chance.
The idea is simple: Every month, a randomly selected stranger lands in your inbox, together with a conversation starter designed to spark a real exchange. Then it's up to you, hop on a call, send messages, whatever feels right. The other person is there for the same reason: To expand their worldview.
No algorithm will choose your match, there are no profiles to scroll and certainly no AI pretending to be a friend. Just one real human, once a month, who you'd never normally meet.

the lack of profiles and swiping is such a refreshing choice, it forces you to actually show up for the conversation instead of judging a book by its cover. love that it’s monthly too, gives it weight.
