Never buy PomaBrush it is a scam. I paid them and they have not sent me the product. Be warned!

I’ve not had any issues with customer service . The brush is hopeless . I bought it to replace a tired oral b . It doesn’t clean your teeth . The silicone head just moves toothpaste around around your mouth . The nylon head has silicone bristles which start to come off in no time . I’ve replaced it with another oral b which I find does a much better job at a fraction of the price . £100 wasted. Lesson learned.

Horrible! It is a scam. The brushes stopped working after a few months and their customer support is fake and they are not giving me replacements!!!!

Ordered 11 months ago and after repeated emails and chats with customer service, they have simply stopped responding. Often told me it was lost by the courier and a new one was on it’s way or ‘please allow more time’ … 11 months!!! and no brush.

Stopped working after two months. Five months later I still have no replacement, customer support say they are unsure if/when they will ever be able to send one out due to supply logistics, but at the same time I am not entitled to a refund. Definitely do not buy this brush.

I do not recommend to buy. Stopped working after 5 months, and 9 months after trying to get a replacement just cardboard email responses. I’m never going to get a replacement or my money back.

Won’t keeping the PomBrush in the case for a long time will damage both the batteries of the case and the brush? In that case gettin the PomaClip can be an option not to risk the life of batteries!

I bought it as a gift for my daughter. First of all, if you buy a toothbrush as a gift, you should definitely consider pomabrush since they have a very presentable packaging. Secondly, my daughter, who has some serious issues with sensitive teeth and gums, seems to be enjoying using this product. We had a dentist check yesterday and he approved the efficiency as well.

We have had no problems with our Oral B but it is bulky with the charging case for travelling purposes. We see the Pomabrush Carbon Black as the ideal travelling toothbrush with minimal charging per year and much slimmer and lighter for travelling.

The product overall is very unique and very well designed. The only problem I had is the silicone brush head. It is way too soft. I had to order nylon brush heads and they worked for me way much better.
