I’ve not had any issues with customer service .
The brush is hopeless . I bought it to replace a tired oral b . It doesn’t clean your teeth . The silicone head just moves toothpaste around around your mouth . The nylon head has silicone bristles which start to come off in no time .
I’ve replaced it with another oral b which I find does a much better job at a fraction of the price . £100 wasted. Lesson learned.
