Pollystack lets you create on-brand surveys, quizzes, feedback forms, and registration pages through a Cursor-like agent or an intuitive drag-and-drop builder. You get fully customizable designs for your forms and clean charts & graphs for your results so you can actually learn from your data and act fast.
After years of working in market research and customer discovery, I realized most survey and form tools force you to either spend weeks building complex logic trees or waste hours digging through raw data to find real insights.
As an MBA student at MIT, I saw so many early-stage startups and student founders struggle with this exact problem. They needed better tools to collect data, from sign-ups and qualification forms to customer research surveys, and to act on that data immediately without complicated manual steps.
We started Pollystack to bridge that gap. Our vision is to make it simple for anyone to design smarter, more customizable surveys and forms, and instantly process responses into actionable insights.
We’re incredibly grateful to our early users across accelerators at MIT, Harvard, and Stanford who helped shape Pollystack in these early days.
This is just the start. We’re excited to release it for free while we build even more powerful features in the coming months!

As the President of MIT’s AI Club, we organize so many events and surveys and sending forms to gather participants, analyzing results, and making the forms align with our brand style have always been a huge part. As a healthcare provider, I see this tool being useful at collecting and analyzing information aiming to increase positive patient outcomes. Obtaining input from those in the field is what turns evidence based research into a practice that allows those at the bedside to effortlessly provide impactful care. I’m excited to try out Pollystack’s simple and appealing forms/surveys to improve healthcare flow and patient outcomes by collecting and analyzing ideas and opinions of those on the front line.

This is a delightful product. Last week we created a form while chatting over coffee. We just gave a rough idea of the intention and the questions got generated. It was quite easy to tweak the form too

I'm excited to be rolling out Polystack to my 25 + Harvard Entrepreneurship students today. I had a very early version of the app and love Rob and Nash's vision. As an 8X co-founder, I was always the market-facing "hustler" who led customer discovery, voice of customer, etc. Previously, I was at McKinsey, an inherently research-intensive role. I've been doing market research for 25 years. It can be tedious and very time-consuming. It's clear in my on-going discussions with Rob that he really gets it. Pollystack is a breakthrough AI-enabled market reearch app that brings the same energy and joy to research that tools like Lovable and Cursor bring to building and coding. It makes creating surveys and forms feel fast, intuitive, and even fun, while delivering insights you can actually act on.
