waiting on hold and handling phone menus autonomously is harder than it sounds, most voice agents skip that entirely

@jhansi_32 Can't agree more. Making phone calls may seem simple, but in reality, it is extremly complex and requires handling many real-world issues. It is quite different from typical voice agent.
Most voice AI tools I've seen are B2B call center stuff. Nice to see one built for normal people.
