@gia_xu yea for sure, i cant really speak to the demand aspect but ive seen companies get investment for this concept alone like 2 months ago, so i think its more of a "build it and do it the best first before anyone else" and distribution will compound. I think an issue a lot of people have in the blue-collar field is that they have a lot of inbound and they don't have enough manpower to keep up with it. Though building an automated tool that schedules appointments, lets people know when services are available, and queues up inbound could be useful, that's something that could definitely be automated with your tool, maybe in the future.
Just installed. First test call is my cable company. Let's see if Polly survives that nightmare.

This seems really interesting, but if the AI says something that doesn't sound to my needs or got it wrong, can I jump in and take over the call if something goes wrong ? or is it fully autonomous ?
That's a very good tool. I tried to use it to book a restaurant for me and guess what? it succeed! Damn good.
