@confident Yes, the IVR aspect is very real and quite painful, especially as the proportion of these cases continues to grow. We have already addressed this and now possess the capability to handle IVR effectively including the IVR-menu navigation.

The push back vs hang up decision logic is interesting. When does it decide to argue versus move on?

@fletcher_oliver It gently debates and clarifies only when key info is missing or requirements are misunderstood. Once it confirms the task can’t be finished further, it will wrap up politely and end the call naturally instead of unnecessary arguing.

For messy calls, PollyReach handles this in three stages: before the call, we help define possible boundaries and ask the user to confirm them; during the call, the agent follows those rules and clarifies instead of guessing; after the call, we notify the user with the outcome and any unresolved points.
Love the product @gia_xu but when it makes outgoing calls it never actually creates any voices / sounds just dead air. Am I doing something wrong? Help!

We found and fixed the outbound call audio issue, so the agent should now generate voice properly during outgoing calls.
