Hey @jakeharr Each employee makes a list of tasks for the day that he plans to do. At the end of the day, he gives himself two ratings: satisfaction and fatigue. If fatigue exceeds satisfaction, this is the main sign of burnout. When combined with other metrics such as productivity and continuity, you can more accurately talk about burnout and help an employee cope with it.

@anna_kasumova I also have to say that I love the sprinkle of applied computer vision in the product (I work on computer vision!). Just like video, you could also use speech (name) recognition, to activate only selective members mic/cam, kind of like @ mentions. Adding integrations with popular remote collaboration apps could probably be the next evolution. Will be following your journey. Cheers!

Congratulations on launching Ploito! but I'm curious - how does Ploito handle things like internet connectivity issues or bandwidth constraints, especially for remote workers in regions with less reliable infrastructure?

Hey @sarvpriy_arya Ploito works great with mobile internet too, but with 4G/LTE network. Actually, live avatats is not full video streams, it's single shots from camera with adaptive framerate. And when video stream active, ploito use low-resolution video for reduce bandwidth too
