I built PledgeHub because I wasn’t satisfied with the existing ways to track all of my board game pledges. I had tried spreadsheets and other tools, but they never gave me the complete picture I wanted. I needed something that made it easy to see which projects were still waiting for their pledge managers, which ones were supposed to be delivering soon, and—most importantly—something that could notify me when something didn’t look right. PledgeHub does exactly that. It alerts you when a project has been sitting in a certain state too long (like waiting for a pledge manager) or when a campaign has ended so you can mark it as funded or not funded. Combined with a clean, modern dashboard, you can see all your projects at a glance with in-depth analytics, KPIs, and visual reports. What makes it stand out from alternatives is the notification system, the at-a-glance dashboard, and how seamless it is to get started—you can import your existing pledge data or even auto-add a pledge just by pasting a campaign link. I’m really proud of how polished it feels: easy to navigate, visually clean, and surprisingly powerful under the hood. It’s the kind of tool I wish existed years ago for tracking all my crowdfunding projects, so I finally decided to build it myself.
