We make several types of free-to-try, in-the-browser productivity software: (1) video meeting software (team.video); (2) task & workflow management software (subtask.co); (3) mind-mapping & system visualization software (plectica.com)
We would love to chat specifics about how we can support the presentation use cases! We know of some bugs in there, but would love to know if we're getting close to supporting your needs.
Plectica is a really flexible and powerful tool for visualizing and explaining things. @aar17 showed me an early version of it more than a year and half ago and it's come a long way since then. Really worth checking out as a canvas for thinking, explaining, brainstorming, and diagraming.
@aar17@jasonshen Thanks for the hunt, Jason! We’re fans of yours over here. Always good to cross paths.

I dabbled with Plectica for about a month. I didn't really know what to do with it. Then I found Derek Cabrera's YouTube videos. A light bulb switched on. My new first step in organizing thoughts is too load Plectica and start a map.
Pros:
Plectica is the perfect way to bring my scattered thoughts together, using DSRP as the framework.
Cons:
I am a new user. I will reserve an answer to this until I know the system better.
Hi Mark. Do you mean the print>>image or pdf output is low res? The PDF should be vector which should be printable to large sizes with high resolution...

I have been using Plectica for almost 10 months now and it has changed the way I take notes and organize thoughts in a daily basis.
Pros:
Intuitive, easy to use and DSRP-comprehensive, accessible at all times and collaborative.
Cons:
I would like to see map exportation to other softwares like Keynote and Powerpoint.
We'd love to hear more about your export use case. We might have workarounds that will work for you (hit us up on Intercom, the chat icon in the lower right corner of a map) or me directly (doug at plectica dot com). But what I'm really interested in is how you want a map to export to said other software!

I’ve been using Plectica for about 10 months now and have become a bit of an evangelist for the product amongst my peers.
Pros:
Essential part of my analysis workflow
Cons:
I can’t wait for this product to come to iOS as I’m using that platform more and more.
I have created a lot of maps, and I love the way the system enables me to refine my thinking.
Pros:I love the flexibility to use the blank canvas or one of the helpful templates to draft my ideas, share, and collaborate.
Cons:The Waypoints feature is great, but I'm looking forward to its developing to support presentation a bit more robustly.
