@gabysal thanks so much Gaby! We’re planning brunches and happy hours now for people around the country to check-in and meet like-minded people. It’s gonna be a great summer.

@james_chapman1 Great ideas! I'm thinking that it could be also other events based on interests, for example readings at unique coffee shops for book & coffee lovers which also work in the same industry or field. The brunches and hapy hours would be created by you? Maybe lists of curated events could be another great option, to engage users and contribute to the mission since going together or meet at an event is a great way to connect, these lists could be very specific or broader. I also think that nomad bloggers and influencers will be very interested in all the benefits of Plain Sight, which could mean a great way to reach and serve more people, starting with themselves! Perhaps you have already thougth all this, but I really like the idea and I wanted to contribute : )

@gabysal Yes! Some things you mentioned we’ve thought about and some not. They would be hosted by us in collaboration with one local community builder each time. Wanna partner? You definitely get it.

@seanherms absolutely! That's currently on our product roadmap. We're deciding whether it's best for users to log-in with LinkedIn on the signup page, or simply import on the edit profile page. There are a few complexities because certain sections we use for connecting users together LinkedIn doesn't offer, but in summary we believe there's a smart way to do this for users at scale. Excellent question.

@jahangir_alam10 we love to see it! Yes, we are available in countries outside of the US. However, currently only available in the English language. More to come on that front. We will start listing more events, coworking spaces, and coffee shops outside of the U.S. in the fall.
