PivotPartner helps trailing spouses navigate international relocation, continue their careers, find income opportunities, set up life in a new country, and rebuild their community β all with one AI copilot.
I built PivotPartner with my team, with trailing spouses in mind β because I am one myself.
I've relocated five times, and each time I've had to rebuild from scratch: finding a network, figuring out where to look for opportunities, understanding which remote job boards to use, finding freelance platforms, and trying to understand what actually works in a new country.
I realised how scattered everything was.
That experience led me to the idea for PivotPartner β an AI career copilot designed to help trailing spouses navigate career disruption after international relocation.
But PivotPartner isn't just about finding a job. It's about helping navigate the whole career and relocation journey in a new country.
We're building it in phases, and I'm currently getting PivotPartner ready for its public launch.
I'm excited to connect with other builders and people who have experienced this journey.
I'd love to hear from you β especially if you've had to rebuild your career after relocating. π
@deepa_sijoyΒ are you pulling country specific info (like banking setup and healthcare rules) via custom retrieval or live web search? keeping relocation data accurate across multiple destinations is tricky.

@mohsinproductΒ Right now, Housing is our active relocation pillar. Users can search for housing based on their destination, and PivotPartner directs them to relevant external search results and resources rather than trying to maintain a database of every housing market.
Later, we plan to make this more accurate and personalized by adding more destination-specific, reliable sources and better retrieval. We're starting with Housing and will gradually build out the other relocation pillars as well.
As we expand the other relocation pillars, we also want to improve the job data and coverage, so users can find more job-relevant opportunities across more destinations. We will also make the relocation information more accurate and personalised through more destination-specific and reliable sources.
Thanks for your feedback! We'll continue building a more robust product.
