Hey everyone! 👋
Excited to launch Pivotal Case Manager — CMS.
We built this after seeing how much complaint handling in fintech and e-wallet operations still runs on spreadsheets, email threads, and tribal knowledge — no clear audit trail, no real accountability for who touched what, and no way to prove compliance when regulators come asking.
Pivotal Case Manager was designed to fix that from the ground up:
🔒 Permission-first architecture — RBAC/PBAC gates every screen and action, not just API calls
✅ Maker-checker approvals — sensitive actions need a second set of eyes, built into the workflow
📋 Full audit trail — read-only logs, soft-deletes instead of hard deletes, nothing disappears
🕵️ PII protection — masked by default, revealed only with the right permissions
⏱️ SLA monitoring & escalation — so cases don't sit forgotten in someone's inbox
📊 Real operational visibility — workload-based assignment and performance tracking, not just ticket counts
Under the hood it's React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui, with a mock service layer designed to swap cleanly into a live backend — so what you're seeing today is architected for production from day one, not a throwaway prototype.
This is our first public look at it, and we'd genuinely love your feedback — especially from anyone who's dealt with complaint/case management in regulated industries. What's missing? What would make this a must-have for your team?
Fire away with questions — happy to go deep on the architecture, the compliance model, or anything else. 🙌
Report
how does the maker-checker approval actually work in practice when someone needs to resolve a high-priority case but the approver is unavailable — does it auto-escalate or just sit waiting?
Report
Maker
@ecrinyp2y The solution supports configurable approval workflows for high-priority cases. If an approver is unavailable, the system can automatically escalate the request to a designated backup approver or the next approval level based on predefined SLA and escalation rules, preventing cases from remaining pending unnecessarily.
Would you like to see a live demo of this workflow?

How does the maker-checker approval flow actually get configured per case type, and is that something an admin can adjust on the fly without a redeploy?

@fikretzbto The maker-checker workflow is configurable per case type, allowing administrators to define approval levels, assign approvers, and update workflow rules through the admin portal without requiring a redeployment.
We would be happy to demonstrate this capability and discuss your specific requirements in a meeting at your convenience.

Tried the demo flow and the maker-checker approval step actually feels solid, not just a checkbox. The read-only audit trail view is the kind of thing compliance teams usually ask for on day one.

@anlkmc6 Thank you! We'd be happy to walk you through the maker-checker workflow and immutable audit trail in a live demo.

The maker-checker approvals flow feels really solid for fintech compliance work. SLA monitoring on the dashboard was the standout for me, made it easy to see what was at risk without digging through menus.

The maker-checker approval flow feels really well thought out, especially the permission-gated PII reveal — that's a nice touch for compliance teams juggling sensitive customer data.
