Love how it handles the silence problem, the nudge timing and auto invoice is genuinely clever. One thing I'd want though is a quick view of my best response windows per brand or category so I know when pitches historically get opened and replied to, instead of relying on a single generic follow up day.
@fatihrdeleests thanks. the response window idea is good, but it runs into two walls and i'd rather say them out loud than promise something i can't deliver.
first, i can't tell you when a pitch gets opened. that needs a tracking pixel inside your email, and i'm not putting one in. it's creepy, and plenty of mail clients block it anyway.
second, per brand or per category stats only mean something once you have a real pile of deals in each bucket. for someone who pitches occasionally, that split would be two deals against three, and i'd be showing you noise dressed up as insight.
what i can do honestly is measure time to reply on the deals you've already logged, and surface a pattern only when there's enough of it to be worth trusting. would that cover what you're after, or is the open rate the part you actually wanted?
Really like the payment-chasing angle, that's where most of my time actually disappears. One thing I'd want is a simple dashboard showing where each pitch is stalling across all my outreach so I can spot patterns in which brands or deal sizes go silent longest. Would help me prioritize who to keep pushing versus who to let go.
@erafettinlg1r that's the part that eats my time too, and it's basically why the invoice side exists at all.
right now the analytics view gets you halfway there: reply rate, how many deals sit in each status, a breakdown by contact type (brand vs agency vs manager), and outreach per month. so you can already see things like "agencies answer, managers never do". what it does not do yet is exactly what you're describing: time to silence per deal, sliced by deal size.
it's a good idea and cheap to add, since every pitch already stores a sent date, a status and an amount. before i build it: which one would you actually act on, brand type or deal size? my guess is that big deals just go quiet for longer and that is normal, while a small deal going quiet means it is dead. curious if that matches what you see.
the follow-up nudges actually came on the day i needed them, which never happens with my own reminders. wish i'd had this during my last sponsorship run.
@soneragah57306 ha, that's literally why i built it. my calendar reminders always went off on some random tuesday when i couldn't do anything with it anyway.
the part that hurt more was after the yes though. they agreed, i delivered, and then the payment just went quiet for two weeks. so now when a deal is marked agreed it stops chasing a reply and starts chasing the invoice instead.
