PinChat

PinChat is a simple but great chat platform that allows you to create a chat room in two modes, private/direct chat or room chat. it's different from the alternative which is only direct chat mode. I recommend PinChat add FAQ or Document feature to their platform.

PinChat is an excellent solution for chatting needs. Their backend was laggy and slow when it was newly listed on Appsumo. Recently, I tested again and found they have made a fantastic improvement and added many features that made me Wow. Keep up the good work!

The best thing I like about Pinchat is that if you are doing a business or freelancing and do not have a website yet, you can still have a profession business chat solution for your clients. Just send them a chat link, and start communicating; no need to send multiple emails. And then when you integrate it to your website, Pinchat is lightning fast with all the necessary modern business options. Sometimes the simplest things are the most useful. This is going to my recommended list for sure.

It is a good simple chat tool platform, very useful as collecting clients/customers feedback on the online event and course.
