PiMonitor is a ready-to-use Raspberry Pi monitoring dashboard built with Node-RED and FlowFuse Dashboard 2.0. Monitor CPU, RAM, temperature, host disk usage, uptime, load averages and system health with rolling history charts. It supports Docker/Portainer installations and optional secure remote access through Tailscale. No Python, external database or cloud monitoring service is required for local operation.
I started a building a project named "PiMonitor" because I wanted to monitor the status of my Raspi5 from anywere. Without relying on external cloud services, since I built my own network infrastructure. At first, it only worked locally. But over time, I added support for Docker/Portainer, historical graphs, and remote access via Tailscale. Right now, I’m only using it to monitor CPU, RAM, temperature, and disk status.
I plan to update it in the future and add more features. The possibilities are endless, but unfortunately, the time I have to work on it is limited to my free time. I work Monday through Friday as a technician installing automation systems, video surveillance systems, and alarms.
