Simon here, cofounder at Pilea Insights. We're a small team from Oslo, Norway, launching today and we're pretty danm stoked about it!
We built Pilea to help startups and scaling teams manage their feedback and actually get it into production, because we've experienced ourselves how hard it is to prioritize smaller usability fixes against big initiatives when the CEO always wants the new shiny thing.
Our goal is to build way more than just another feedback tool. Pilea is a completely AI-native platform designed to help you visualize customer feedback so it's obvious what to prioritize, then actually help bring those requests to life. Whether that's through traditional coding or our vibe coding approach, we're here for it.

Pilea has been a great help in organizing customer feedback at Favrit. Since many of our employees talk to customers regularly, they each receive different types of feedback. With Pilea, sharing this feedback in Slack is simple, and we can quickly identify the most common pain points. This makes it easier for us to prioritize both big and small issues, ultimately improving the experience for our customers.
