Physiq AI is an AI coach that actually adapts to you. It scans your food for instant macros, builds workout splits around whatever equipment you have (full gym to zero equipment), checks your form on video, and holds real coaching conversations that factor in your sleep, schedule, and goals. Built solo, it's positioned as a low-cost alternative to expensive personal trainers. It's more personalized coaching, without the $100+/session price tag, and a trainer who actually listens to you 24/7.

Hey Product Hunt
I'm Kunaal, a solo dev working without any team or funding. I built Physiq AI after getting tired of switching between four different apps just to track my calories and macros, plan workouts, decide meals, and check my form.
The idea started scribbled in the back of a notebook during a college class in Chicago, and it's now live on the App Store.
What makes it different is that it doesn't assume you have a gym. Tell it what equipment you actually have, from a full gym to literally nothing, and it builds a real program around that. It scans your food for macros, checks your form on video, and the AI coach actually responds to context (bad sleep, travel, injuries, a rough week) instead of handing you the same static plan every time.
I'll be here all day, so feel free to ask me anything about the build, the AI coaching setup, or what's been hardest about doing this solo. Would love your feedback, positive or critical.

The form check feature sounds genuinely useful, especially for solo lifters. One thing that would make it stick though is a quick weekly check-in summary that ties your sleep, workouts, and food together so you can actually see patterns over time instead of just getting daily numbers.

Built solo and it genuinely feels personal. The food scan was the stand out for me, way faster than logging everything manually and the macro breakdown was close enough to what my coach usually gives me.
