PharmaSyncs: Never lose a customer to a forgotten refill again

Why I built PharmaFlow It started with my local pharmacist. He's been running his shop for 22 years. Knows every customer by face. Remembers who takes BP medicine, who needs insulin, who picks up their thyroid pills every 30 days. But one day I watched him spend 20 minutes searching through a physical register — handwritten, pages falling apart — just to figure out if a medicine was in stock. I asked him: "Do you ever remind customers when their medicine is about to run out?" He laughed. "Bhai, yaad rakhna padta hai" — "I have to remember it myself." That one line hit me. Here was a man running a business that literally keeps people alive — diabetics, heart patients, elderly people on daily medication — and his entire system was his own memory and a crumbling notebook. If he forgot? Customer buys from somewhere else. Or worse — skips their medicine. So I built PharmaFlow. Stock tracking. Expiry alerts. And the feature I'm most proud of — automated WhatsApp reminders that go out to customers before their medicines run out. No manual effort. No memory required. The biggest challenge? Pharmacy owners are not tech people. Every feature had to be dead simple — if a 55-year-old chemist couldn't figure it out in 2 minutes, I scrapped it and rebuilt it. We're early. What's the biggest tech problem facing independent pharmacy owners today?
