Hey, makers! We're Andy and Esat šŸ™‚ Two marketers, passionate about content, technology, marketing, and, especially, personalization. A couple of weeks ago, we started a newsletter that shows people how to create personalized customer experiences, including case studies. We had only one goal in our minds when we started Personalization Decoded: To show everyone what 'real' Personalization is. šŸ¤” The Problem Although personalization is about making the experience look and feel like it's for you, it's not the case in reality. Companies are just changing some colors and trying to talk directly to you by mentioning your name {First.Name}. However, personalization is NOT: - showing the first name in the email - trying to track and store all the data points - buying data from third-party vendors - changing the colors of buttons šŸ›  Our Solution Because of all these misconceptions and misunderstandings about personalization, we started to write real-life personalization case studies. Every two weeks, we break down a website (whether it's a physical product, digital product, SaaS, e-commerce) and write a case study showing how to personalize the website based on different signals. So far, we wrote case studies about N26, Typeform, Sezzle, Spendesk, Parachute Home, SumUp, and Codecademy. šŸ‘‰ https://www.personalizationdecod... Our goal is to provide as much value as possible about personalization in as few words as possible. We truly believe the content and perspective on this newsletter is something you can't find anywhere else - because it's personalized šŸ˜‰ . Thank you again for your support!
