Most finance apps feel like spreadsheets. Personal Accountant is an AI that manages your money for you. Say "Add 4 for taxi" - it categorizes and confirms. Snap a receipt - it extracts everything. Ask "Is this tax deductible?" - it answers based on your country's rules. The AI remembers you (country, profession, habits) and gets smarter over time. It builds budgets and gives financial advice - zero setup. Web dashboard with spreadsheet + receipt export for businesses. MCP server coming soon.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Eiliya, the maker of Personal Accountant.
I tried a lot of finance apps, and they all felt the same. They wanted me to set up wallets, add income sources, pick categories from endless lists - I just wanted to track my expenses. Every time I bought something, I had to go through multiple screens and spend minutes on what should have taken seconds. So I stopped using them.
What I actually wanted was simple: open the app, say "4 for taxi", done. Or snap a receipt and move on. That's it. So I built it.
Then I added smart budgeting because I wanted to stop worrying about money. If I earn 4K/month, pay 1K rent, and want to save 1K, the app tells me exactly how much I can spend each day. If I spend less on Monday, my Tuesday budget goes up. If I overspend, it adjusts down. This way I actually enjoy a nice dinner on the weekend because I know I saved enough during the week. No guilt, no guessing.
The AI side grew from there. It remembers things about you - your country, your profession, your habits - so when you ask "Is this lunch tax deductible?" it already knows your tax rules. It builds budgets by analyzing your actual spending patterns. It answers questions like "How much did I spend on groceries vs eating out this quarter?" by querying your data directly.
What surprised me was how useful it became for business. My first user runs a small company and used to spend 2 full days every month organizing receipts, building spreadsheets, and matching invoices - sometimes losing some along the way. Now she snaps a photo of each invoice when she gets it. The AI extracts everything instantly. At month-end, she logs into the web dashboard, exports a spreadsheet with all receipt images attached, and hands it to her accountant. 2 days became 2 minutes.
What makes it different:
- One-tap expense entry: say it, type it, or snap it - seconds, not minutes
- Smart daily budget: adjusts every day based on your actual spending
- AI memory: remembers your country, profession, and preferences
- Tax guidance: knows your country's rules because you told them once
- Ask anything: natural language queries on your financial data
- AI-built budgets: analyzes patterns and proposes personalized budgets
- Web dashboard: export spreadsheets with receipt images for your accountant
- MCP server coming soon: connect your data to Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI assistant
I'd love to hear: what's the one thing you wish your finance app could do but doesn't?

Does the AI adapt its tax deduction rules when you travel and spend in a different country than your home base? The voice input approach makes expense tracking feel effortless, congrats!

@mateuszjacni Yes, the AI agent has memory and learns over time, so if you explain to it what you want, it keeps in memory and does as you expect.

The app is great, I’m using it on a daily basis. Since I have it, I finally have all my receipts organised, expenses became clear. The best part is a dashboard and excel sheets I can directly share with my accountant
