Each item has: - A **"locking rate"** — how hard it becomes to start late - A **"remediation cost"** label — from "still natural" to "irreversible" - A **source citation** — everything is backed by published research (Lenneberg, Ericsson, etc.) **The Stack:** Plain HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript. The data is a single static JSON file. No frameworks. No backend. No signups. No tracking.
