What inspired us to build this? The idea for Pejtic came from working closely with IT staffing firms and consulting teams who were struggling with fragmented systems. Recruitment lived in one tool, HR in another, timesheets somewhere else, and invoicing in spreadsheets. Teams spent more time reconciling data than actually delivering value. What problem were we trying to solve? We wanted to eliminate operational chaos caused by disconnected tools. Staffing firms need real-time visibility across hiring, workforce management, project delivery, and billing — but most platforms only solve one piece of the puzzle. This fragmentation leads to delays, errors, compliance risk, and poor decision-making. How did our approach evolve? Initially, we focused on solving recruitment and ATS challenges. But as we spoke with more users — recruiters, managers, finance teams, and consultants — it became clear that the real problem was the entire workforce lifecycle. So we expanded our approach and built Pejtic as a unified operating system that connects recruitment, HR, projects, timesheets, invoicing, and analytics in one role-based platform, designed specifically for the US staffing ecosystem. This launch represents months of learning directly from users, simplifying workflows, and focusing on what actually helps teams operate and scale efficiently.
