I'm Redwane, founder of Pegasy. I'm building it with my twin brother, Faris.
After almost eight years working as a Creative Director, I kept coming back to the same thought: why do we put so much care into the experiences we create for clients, yet still rely on PDFs, Figma files, Google Docs, and slide decks to sell our services?
In October 2025, we launched proposal io, simple MVP built around that question.
It wasn't particularly sophisticated. The design possibilities were limited, the template library was still basic, and there was a lot we wanted to improve.
But it showed us something important: people wanted a better way to create and deliver commercial proposals.
That was the starting point.
In 2025, we began building Pegasy with a much bigger vision. Not just another proposal builder, but a platform where design, the buying experience, and closing a deal work together.
Since then, more than 1,300 people have used the platform, and we've spent months refining the product based on what we've learned.
Pegasy V2 has been live since June 2026, and today we're introducing it to the Product Hunt community.
This release represents a major step forward in three areas:
The design experience. We wanted proposals to feel like premium digital experiences, with the same attention to detail you'd expect from a beautifully designed website.
The proposal library. We've invested heavily in creating a collection of thoughtfully designed, structured templates that freelancers, studios, agencies, and consultants can adapt to their own services.
The closing experience. Clients can explore packages, select add-ons, leave feedback, sign, and pay within one connected proposal.
For us, V2 is about bringing all of these pieces together - from the first proposal to a signed and paid project.
There's still plenty we want to build, but we're proud of how far the product has come.
