An AI dunning agent for failed subscription payments. It diagnoses why a charge failed, scores churn risk, picks a retry strategy from fixed rules, schedules the retry, and drafts the recovery email for a person to approve. Nothing is sent by default. Built with RAG, LangGraph, and FastAPI.

I built PayPilot because "retry the card" is not one decision.
An expired card and a generic bank decline need different next steps, so each failure code maps to its own rule.
Every action comes from a rules table.
The model writes the customer message and nothing else.
Each decision is written to an audit log with the rule that fired, so you can read why it did what it did months later.
It is deployed and live and carries no client traffic yet. If you run subscriptions: which decline reason do you retry too often or too little today?
