@durupy94 Thanks Duru, really appreciate that. A lightweight mobile experience is definitely something I'd like to explore once the web version has matured. The goal has always been to keep things simple enough that busy tradespeople can stay on top of follow-ups without needing a full CRM. 👍
The one-tool-per-job approach sounds genuinely useful. One thing I'd love to see is a quick WhatsApp or SMS template feature built into the invoice follow-up tool, since a lot of tradespeople collect phone numbers but not emails from their customers.
@tugbarm43189 Thanks Tuğba. That's a really interesting suggestion. Plenty of tradespeople rely on phone numbers more than email, so expanding into channels like SMS or WhatsApp could make a lot of sense in the future.
