I built payit.be/en - a payment platform specifically designed for non-profits, sports clubs, youth organizations, schools, and community groups running events and fundraisers. It automates payment tracking, sends confirmations, and keeps everything organized without the manual busywork. We use Stripe Connect to handle the actual payment processing, which means organization gets payments directly into their account while we handle all the technical and compliance stuff behind the scenes.

I'm Pieter from Belgium, and I wanted to share a project I built that's been solving a real headache for schools and organizations. The problem: A few years ago, I was on my kid's school parent council. We organized what should have been a simple pancake sale. The admin nightmare that followed was ridiculous - logging into the bank account multiple times a day to check payments, manually tracking who paid, cross-referencing lists, making sure fundraiser money didn't get mixed with operational funds. It was inefficient and ate up hours of volunteer time.
