I’m building Pathshala. Education today isn’t lacking effort — it’s lacking the right systems. Educators are forced to juggle multiple tools for teaching, communication, and operations, with little connection to real outcomes for students. That didn’t make sense to me. So I started Pathshala — a platform designed to bring everything together: → Teaching & content delivery → Student and tutor management → Scheduling & operations → White-label platforms for educators and institutes We’re also building an AI Career Engine (ACE) to help students move beyond learning into real outcomes — portfolios, resumes, university pathways, and job discovery. And Pathshala Network — a discovery layer for educators and institutes. Before this, I spent over a decade at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, working across global teams and large-scale systems. I learned how systems scale — and where they fail individuals. Now, I’m focused on building something that works at the individual level.
