Hey Product Hunt! 👋
We're the small independent team behind Password Bunny, and we're excited to share what we've been building.
We've used password managers for years, and two frustrations kept coming up.
First: where our passwords live.
We wanted to keep our encrypted vault in cloud storage we already use and control, rather than depending entirely on another company's servers.
So we built Password Bunny with a local-first approach and end-to-end encryption. Your vault stays on your device, and you can back it up and sync it using your own cloud storage, like iCloud or Google Drive. We don't store your vault on our servers.
Second: those websites where autofill just won't cooperate.
When a password manager can't recognize the login fields, you often end up copying and pasting your credentials.
That's why we built Bunny Lens. 🐰
When automatic detection fails, you can identify the login fields yourself. Bunny Lens securely saves your configuration so you can reuse it next time, even across your devices.
A few other things worth knowing:
🔑 Manage passwords, passkeys, and two-step verification codes.
☁️ Keep your encrypted vault on your device and in your own cloud storage.
📦 Import your existing passwords from 1Password, Bitwarden, Enpass, Google Chrome, and Apple Passwords.
💻 Available on macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Chrome.
🎁 Try it free for 90 days. No credit card required.
We wanted to make switching easy, so you can bring your existing passwords and try Password Bunny in your daily routine before deciding whether it's right for you.
We're still a small team, and there's plenty we'd like to improve. We're not claiming to have built the perfect password manager. We're just trying to solve a few problems we've experienced ourselves.
If you give it a try, we'd really appreciate your honest feedback.
What's the one frustration with your current password manager you'd most like to see solved? Autofill, pricing, syncing, or something else?
