What's the most frustrating autofill issue you've run into?

We've been working on Password Bunny, and one problem kept coming up while using password managers ourselves: autofill works great until it suddenly doesn't.

Some websites have unusual login forms, and you end up copying and pasting your username, password, or verification code manually.

That frustration led us to build Bunny Lens, which lets users identify login fields themselves when automatic detection fails. It can save those settings for future visits, too.

But we're curious how other people deal with this.

Have you come across websites where your password manager consistently struggles with autofill? What do you usually do when that happens?
