Parly is a collaborative inbox that replaces shared mailboxes: a help desk without the help desk software. Individual logins, assignment, notes, status, SLAs, and an audit trails on info@, support@, or any address your team answers from. Reply to customer email straight from Slack, never leaving the channel. EU-hosted, private beta.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Parly started with a shared mailbox that got out of hand.
Four of us in the same support inbox. Two people replying to the same customer, other emails sitting unanswered for days, and nobody sure who had picked up what. The usual.
What I actually wanted was small: let me answer those emails from Slack, where the team already spends the day. I went looking for it and couldn't find it. Everything was either a full help desk (expensive, a week of setup, and a whole new app to move into) or a chat widget that never touches your email at all.
So I built the thing I was looking for.
Parly is a shared inbox for small teams:
• Assign, comment, and see who's on what, so nobody double-replies
• Reply to a customer email straight from a Slack thread, without
leaving Slack
• An optional website widget that lands in the same inbox instead of
a separate chat silo
The first month is free, on every plan, no card needed to start. After that it's €19 per mailbox per month with unlimited teammates. No feature gating either: Slack, the widget, MCP and AI assist are on every mailbox.
There's one more mode for teams that need it. Controlled relay lets your customers correspond with a third party (a carrier, a supplier) on your account, without your staff forwarding every single email. Quiet feature, but it's the reason a few of our own customers moved.
I'm around all day and reading every comment. Tell me what's missing.
