Pareto

I’ve used dozens of virtual assistants in my career but none as powerful as Pareto. It’s redefined for me what a virtual assistant can do. Like having an army of college students at your fingertips. They crush it. Not sure if the quality of their VAs is so high bc they are just getting off the ground but Pareto is the only VA service I use now. If they can maintain their existing quality x price as they scale, in the age of covid-19, they could end up taking on a lot of the work we would’ve otherwise eventually had to hire for.

This looks awesome, can't wait to try it! As I pick up more work and projects, it's tough to stay on top of smaller tasks. There are definitely many things I would love to offload, so I can have more time for the core of my work. Thanks for making this!

I've heard great things about Pareto and am super excited to try them out. I find myself taking a lot of time tasks that are too complex to be fully automated but also fairly manual and time-consuming; definitely one of my big pain points. I've been looking for a high-quality service with humans in the loop to help accelerate this kind of work - congrats on the launch!

sup peeps. from my experience working with the assistants, I received secure, reliable human help from Pareto, which I think is really underrated in a very automation-centric world startup scene. I've worked with an assistant to book flights, find art opportunities and periodically talk out my messy life Trello & calendar with someone who is empathetic and hype af - check it out, and definitely jump on the free hour that they're offering when you sign up - just think to that one thing at the back of your mind that is essential but you can't bring yourself to do, cos there's always something more urgent. You know the one.

Pareto provides a one of a kind service you can’t find anywhere especially at the quality or friendliness you find here. The team is always active and doing their best to make it the best experience possible. I definitely recommend this.

I've been using this product for two months now for a project I am working on and have loved the experience!! The VAs have become like an extension of our team for tasks that just bog down our progress and have always had exceedingly high quality work done for really good prices. Right now the system is pretty informalized since I have to make a Trello card and then message using FB messenger and then pay using Venmo, but I imagine if they combine a couple of these workflows, my experience would be multiple times better.
