Panda's Recap is a Kanban style productivity tool with time tracking and a calendar sync, that compiles all of your tracked work into a Performance Review document or an updated Resume.

I had an annual review that I needed to prepare for and I found myself trying to scrape details of all the things I had done from Slack, emails, Outlook calendar, Asana, separate time tracking tools and task boards, etc. Only then when I finally had it all together could I start putting it all into a single document to present what I had been working on. I wanted a tool where I could track all my work all in one place, including the time spent, and have a document ready to go as soon as I needed it.

honestly the auto resume generation is a really clever hook, but it would be great if you could customize which projects show up on it. sometimes i work on internal stuff that i don't want recruiters seeing, and basically i want control over what gets pulled in

@referra Thanks for the feedback! There is currently a feature in the Swimlane setup, as well on each individual task labeled "Exclude from Recap". I'll be adding that "Exclude from Resume" option today as a separate feature so you can choose to exclude things specifically from the resume, while still keeping them for the performance review.

Would love to see a "share with manager" toggle that lets you control which cards show up in the performance review doc, since some tasks are too granular for a manager to care about. Right now I'm worried the recap will be too long and bury the meaningful wins.

@diana_phua Thank you for the feedback and checking out the site! There is actually a checkbox you can select on both the Swimlane config as well as each individual task that's labeled "Exclude from Recap".
