@gouthamj We use two methods: i) StableCoins: We have partnership with a global exchange that help our employers convert fiat into crypto for negligible fees. Also, Indian workers can make more money selling the crypto on Indian exchanges as the crypto trade on 5-10% premium on Indian exchanges. ii) Multi-currency cross-border bank accounts: The workers can open business accounts in USD(EUR, GBP coming soon) within minutes. They can get paid out in the same their employers’ preferred currency, or convert and withdraw in INR using outstanding FX rates. It helps easily collect and settle in the same currency(No forced conversions or unnecessary fees).
