Owtrue is an embedded customer feedback platform for product teams. Collect ideas, let users vote and comment, share your roadmap, publish announcements, and run surveys—all inside your product. Give customers a simple way to share feedback and understand what you're building and shipping.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm the maker behind Owtrue.
I built Owtrue around a problem I kept seeing with SaaS, websites and stores: feedback is usually separated from the product.
A customer has to leave your platform, open a feedback portal, figure out where to post, and then often never finds out what happened to their request.
I wanted to make that loop much simpler.
So I built Owtrue — an embedded space where your users can:
💡 Share ideas and feedback
🗺️ See your roadmap
📢 Discover what's been shipped
📊 Answer surveys and give structured feedback
The Objective:
Make listening to customers a part of the product, not another destination.
Owtrue is still early, and that's exactly why I'm launching it here. I'm looking for SaaS founders and product teams who are willing to try it, break it, and tell me what we should build next.
If you try it, I'd genuinely love to hear:
What's the one thing you wish your customers could tell you more easily?
I'll be here all day answering questions. 🚀

roadmaps, surveys, feedback makes it sound like an entire "suite". the actual pitch is just sparing someone from opening a new tab. that is a lot of weight riding on a floatig widget

@konstantin_tikhaev That’s a fair point. The main idea is definitely the embedded experience, but Owtrue is more than just a floating widget. Feedback, roadmaps, and announcements are part of the core product, while surveys are a separate capability you can use alongside it and we’re keeping the experience lightweight rather than trying to build an all-in-one suite, and I’ll take your point about making that distinction clearer in the pitch.
